Terms and Conditions:

1) Reward 1 is only applicable for both new student who enrolling in Eye Level Math or Play Math or existing students who adding Eye Level Math or Play Math, and it must be a 2 full month (Total 8 lessons) enrollment to entitle for the tuition fee discount.

2) A one-time enrollment fee will be charged for all new students upon enrollment or for students who have not been enrolled for 6 months or more.

3) For Reward 2, a valid receipt showing the centre name, subject, month of enrollment and tuition fee must be submitted for verification.

4) The $150 E-voucher has terms and conditions regarding its use. Please refer to the terms on  the E-voucher.

5) These offers cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted into cash or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
