- Language: English only. Instructions for questions will not be translated. - PC, Laptop, or Tablet is required. Device must have a camera. HONOR CODE: Students must enter answers on their own. Entry of answers by or with the support of any other person, or accessing other sites during exams is considered cheating. The Eye Level Math Olympiad uses web-based proctoring. |

WHAT IS TESTED?
Test takers will solve a variety of questions in multiple areas* such as, but not limited to, arithmetic, patterns, spatial sense, measurement, problem-solving strategies, reasoning, etc. (*Specific areas may vary by grade.)
- - SECTION 1 : tests overall basic mathematical knowledge and arithmetic skills
- - SECTION 2 : tests competency in formulating word problems
- - SECTION 3 : tests problem-solving proficiency in a variety of areas
Students will be given 50 minutes to complete a 50-question test.
- - SECTION 1 : 30 multiple-choice questions (1.5 points per question, 45%)
- - SECTION 2 : 10 short-answer questions (2.0 points per question, 20%)
- - SECTION 3 : Mixture of 10 questions in multiple-choice & short-answer formats
(Points per question vary by level of difficulty, 35%)
