Terms and Conditions:
1) Reward 1 is only applicable for new student or existing student enroll new subject, and it must be a full month (4 lessons) enrollment to entitle the tuition fee discount.
2) A one-time enrollment fee will be charged for all new students upon enrollment or for students who have not been enrolled for 6 months or more.
3) Reward 3 and 4 are necessary to provide the valid receipt which shows the name of center, subject(s), enrolled month and tuition fee for verification.
4) To enjoy Reward 5 (Referral Promotion), referrer must fill in the referral online form. Referrer will receive the E-voucher after the verification is done.
5) To enjoy Reward 5 (Referral Promotion), referee must fill in the referrer's name and contact number on the promotion registration form(online).
6) During the lesson period in Reward 1 to 4(First 3 months or first 6 months), you must enroll 4 lessons consecutively in each month to entitle the discount.
7) All offers are only applicable for Eye Level Regular Courses, include Eye Level Math, English, Chinese, Play Math, Writing and Grammar. No discount for 30 mins lessons.
8) $100 E-voucher has terms and conditions regarding to the usage. Please refer to the terms on the E-voucher.
9) These offers cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted into cash or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
