WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

4 to 9 years of age. Anyone, including non-Eye Level members are invited to participate. Participants will draw about the given topic and add a short description to it.

REQUIREMENTS
Short narrative must be

no longer than 50 words

hand-written in print by the contestant (not in cursive)

legibly written in English only

Materials to be used are only the following

Provided template (will be given at the venue)

Any coloring tools are allowed

Pen or pencil for writing the caption/description
