1. How long are you studying/did you study the Eye Level Math program?
- I studied Eye Level Math for almost 6 years.

2. Why did you enroll in Eye Level?
-I enrolled in Eye Level because I want to learn and enhance my skills in Mathematics.

3. What do you think is the part of Eye Level that has helped you in school and in other ways?
-Eye Level allows me to practice drills regularly and get used of the different mathematical terms.

4. Did you see any significant improvement? Please state your reasons why.
-Yes, there's improvement. I did better than before and now I find it easier to solve most of the mathematical problems.

5. Would you recommend Eye Level Program/s to other students? Why?
- Yes, I do recommend. Eye Level would definitely improve one's mathematical skills as well as enhance one's thinking capability.

6. What pieces of advice can you give your fellow Eye Level members?
- Be patient and don't get stress too much.
